The hotel boasts a lovely garden terrace, creating a pleasant outdoor space. The accommodations are tastefully decorated, and the building itself carries a charming period vibe that adds character to the overall experience.
The traffic noise from the busy junction can be quite intrusive, especially if you’re trying to get a good night's sleep. Room amenities fell short, with the absence of extra sockets limiting phone charging options, and a slight slant in the bedside table making it tricky to balance drinks. The bar's closure during our stay was noted, although it didn’t significantly impact our visit. Those sensitive to light may find the glowing emergency light disruptive during the night, and the lack of curtains allowed too much light in for a restful sleep. Despite decent breakfast options, it would be great to see vegetarian choices expanded for the morning meal.

The breakfast was bang on, the best I've had in ages! They even had alternative milks and catered to all diets, kudos to the kitchen! Plus, the staff treated us with a warm welcome, making the whole experience feel special.
The bar was off-limits due to a wedding, which left us a bit parched! the shower pressure could do with a boost. it was a bit like a whisper when we needed a roarsome rinse.

I spent a night at the Alexandra Court Hotel. The arrival was warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was immaculate and tastefully presented, really liked the decor. The bed offered great comfort, and having all the necessary amenities was a plus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. it was fresh and delicious, with options that catered to dietary needs, including gluten-free. The communal areas were beautifully decorated, showing off elegance that made the hotel feel special. the evening dining options were non-existent since the restaurant was closed, which I found inconvenient. This left me without a meal for dinner. The room I stayed in had an adjoining door to the next room. This meant I could hear too much noise from my neighbor, which made it less relaxing than I would have liked. A better soundproofing option would definitely enhance the experience.

Charming Vicinity with Room for Improvement
Our recent stay lasted one night, and we were taken by the quaint charm of the hotel. Breakfast pleased our taste buds with fresh ingredients, though certain amenities in our deluxe room felt lacking. For future guests, double-check room specifics to avoid surprises.
